Entry-Level Programmers Location: Sugar Land, TX Status: Full Time

If so, HCSS is looking for both experienced and inexperienced tech-savvy motivated individuals to join our software development team. You will be part of a team developing innovative software solutions to real customer problems within the construction industry.

To join us as an Entry Level Programmer, you need:
Strong Problem solving and analytical skills
The ability to do extensive analysis and work independently, with minimal direction
The ability to think logically, communicate clearly, and be well organized
A high energy level and a desire to learn
A helpful team member attitude
A passion for writing great applications and pleasing your customers
The ability to work as an egoless part of a team
No experience or college degree required, but you will have to take a tough 45 minute test to test your logic ability. Successful applicants will be trained.
