I see a lot of advantages in working part-time at HCSS. I have 2 kids, the daughter in primary school and the son in preschool and working part time enables me to work around the pre-school opening hours and be able to spend more quality time with children either in the morning or afternoon. When I worked full-time before, I felt really exhausted in the evenings. Now I finish work earlier and I still feel energetic and can do lots of fun things with kids after work. Extra time spent at home will also make it far easier to stay on top of household chores such as laundry, ironing, cooking as well as food-shopping and gardening. Working part-time gives me a rare chance to establish the perfect family-work balance. In my opinion, HCSS provides me the best of both worlds, a part-time opportunity within a professional setting.

I started working part time at HCSS May, 2011. I was looking for a position that would give me some flexibility so I could have enough time for my family while still being productive and not losing my professional skill set.
